Oh, that lobster roll looks awesome! What part of Maine were you visiting? Several years ago, a friend and I went to Bar Harbor. On the way, we stopped at Red's Eats in Wiscasset for their famous lobster roll--at least 1 1/4 pounds with butter and mayo on the side. Worth every penny. It is right on Route 1 in Wiscasset. I had heard about it from my former tenants--they were still living here when I went. Glad you had such an awesome time. I love Maine, too!
