And here's the update.
I left once today to keep my recess duty commitment.
Other than that, I was HOME. Working.
The result? Big progress.
(not perfection) And I needed the entire day.
Laundry: well, no expectation here. It'll come back. Vehemently.

WOW!! I have yet to have a day to be able to do that. The kids are out of school and I am still not seeing a day in the forecast for that. Jealous! (Wanna come here?)
you've inspired me. i just need to add a few "extra" hours to my day.
My house could use a little clean up.
Can I hire you to tidy up my condo?!
Sunshine: Ummm...., NO.
LL: Let me know where you find those extra hours, if they don't elude you.
ellen: I've been to your condo. I should have thought to hire YOU first!
Now THIS is a dreamy episode of 24...a clean house! I need to get through tomorrow/last day of school before I can direct/star in such a show. Can't wait!

I can see the sparkle, nice camera work!
You are going to make someone a great wife.
ChefTom:
I did that almost 20 years ago. He even thinks I'm a great wife on the days that my house looks like that last post!
Looks great, Jenny! You must have been running around like a chicken with its head cut off! Great job!! My dining room table needs a bit of clearing as well as the middle cushion on my couch--magazines and newspapers waiting to be read and some knitting to be put away. And, it's mostly my "stuff"!
very impressive!
Did Mr. Clean stop over. WOW! I love the few moments I have when things are clean and picked up and then there seems to be a tornado that passes through. The weather here is so unpredictable!
Boooo! Just couldn't keep it real, could you?
I feel like everything is in order just reading about your cleaning. Thanks for the vicarious thrill!
It's always good to document momentous occasions such as a clean house. love digital cameras for that reason.
Can my house be next?
Oooh, what a great feeling. You worked very hard!!!!
