Layered Enchilada Bake

I made this for dinner last night;
I started browning the meat at 4:30, and dinner was in the oven by 4:45.
It was seriously that easy!
The best part?
There were NO leftovers.
This dinner gets an 8 out of 10 in my book.
We'll make this again.
