still standing

We've adorned the artificial appendage of holiday-ness.
Long may it stay in the upright position.

You know it was your brother that took away MY live tree. It happened when one Christmas Eve our tree was already dead and so I went and got a new one and spend the night setting that one up and decorating it. Ben was not thrilled!

Looks nice, Jenny. Do you still set up the smaller tree for the Lenox ornaments I gave the children through the years? I know you had it up when you were living in the other house in Lunenburg. Aunt Shirley

Doesn't it feel better now that it is up, decorated and cheery? I know deep down inside you are humming "O Christmas Tree"

Ahhhh good work! Now christmas can begin. It wouldn't of been the same without a tree. Long may the tree stand!!

um...sorry for the "fall of the tree". I still think you should take pictures and show it to us. That way we can really appreciate your pain...wait, that came out wrong. I meant understand your pain. There...that sounds better.

Very nice, even more so since we don't have one this year
