the come around

So here's the happy ending to that sad story I told you about...
This week we have one VERY happy boy, who has saved, researched, test driven and purchased himself back in to the driver's seat. A SAAB. Better gas mileage, onstar and cash back after the insurance check!
Who's nice car is that?!

Personally? I like the fact that it's a stick and has a moon roof. (sun roof?) And that he said he'd share it with me, so I can be the cool mom once in a while, instead of driving my stylish race-van (the 12-passenger one).

Didn't the Big R have a SAAB 20 or so years in the past? Is this a new family tradition, all Witcomb boys must go forth in a SAAB and conquer the world?

If not, cool car for the cooler climates, they have overheating problems in the desert from what I have been told by those that have traded them in when they have arrived here.

Sweet Ride R! Although, NOTHING compares to the race-van!
Nice choice, I want a stick shift again, they add a little more excitment to the ride.
Jenny, when he let's you borrow it, come pick us up, we can cruise state street and feel super cool... :)

You know what is weird? Yesterday I was thinking that I should ask you what ever happened with the truck. And it is as if you read my mind and posted this. ;)

Anytime you want to race, I'll take your 12 seater on with my Suburban. LOL!

Wow. Have him post that on the cousin blog - green all the way around. We're thrilled for him and the steel structure.

ll: make sure she drives down the one way street the WRONG way. It's more exciting that way. FUN for R. I'm excited for him. :)

Good riddance for Pepito, if this is the outcome. Now the big question: What will happen to his baby while he's on a mission? (And is it going to college with him? Who's going to help him drive out to Utah?)

That's a sweet ride but you know you can't turn your back on the big van. :)

Nice car, R. Drive safely, and KEEP IT LOCKED WHEREVER YOU PARK IT!! Might be a good idea to get The Club for the steering wheel. Good luck with it.

That is so great! We are Saab fans ourselves and can recommend an amazing mechanic should he need one:)!
