Hardwood floors! (No more disease-laden carpet for this floor...) We've installed another sub floor to raise the level enough to compensate for the transition into the kitchen and front hall.
Sunshine-he does love to work! I'm grateful for that. Dub's back has been in recovery mode since the weekend of the 4th... thus the chair. Send your boys over ANY day!

I couldn't help but chuckle at how serious he was. Which, of course, is why he could do such a BIG job. So cute. Way to go M!
