Honestly, if I were any more in love with my garden, I would have to marry it.

What a gorgeous garden, Jen. I have two sunflowers that came up. Last year I had a lot of them in front of the house. Just a bad summer for them I guess. I only had one tomato from one plant and three green ones on another--in pots on my front porch. Oh well, that's o.k. I'll enjoy just what I have and perhaps next year will be better. Your flowers are gorgeous, too.

Ooh, what a lovely garden! I especially love the sunflowers... But I wish I could get my tomatoes as ripe as yours! We've only had about 4 or 5 so far, out of our 14 tomato plants.

"why don't you marry it" I can just hear a sassy little 7 year old saying that.
BEAUTIFUL garden, I'm so impressed!

I wonder if it's genetic because that is exactly how I feel. Now why is it that you did not feel that way back when you lived in Colorado or 91 Brigham St? Be persistant with your children in having them help. SOmeday they may also have that simple joy in their lives.
Your joy gives me joy.
