weekend update:

Progress was underway on the tree fort.
Everywhere I drove (I mean EVERY where!) the foliage took my breath away.  Seriously.
Mr. Dub and I had a fun date at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro (home of the New England Patriots)
where we enjoyed cushioned club seating, a disappointing but still entertaining match between UMass and UNH (UMass lost 21-27) and a stellar performance by the UMass Marching Band.
Hooray for the weekend!

sold out game? ;-)

:) Not sold out--because you forgot to come LL!

We got there pretty early, so there weren't many people around when we had our picture taken but even at maximum capacity, I'm sure the stadium wasn't even half full. I can't even imagine trying to get out of the parking lots after a Pats game! It was nutty after this little event.

Hah! Wondering the same thing! Fun that you got to go! That's quite the stadium! Did you get to speak with your son?

JJ: just read the Boston Globe report on the game, and they reported 24,000 fans in attendance. Don't be fooled by this shot of the two of us in the stands. By the time the game got going, there were PLENTY of people there!
