I am thankful for my leisure activities of choice.

If I have any free time (and even if I don't)
here are some of my favorites:

~reading
~watching movies
~napping
~snacking
~sudoku puzzles
~writing

Don't they raise your heart rate just looking at them?
I'm laughing at what an active person I appear to be.
Go fitness!
[should I worry a bit for my cardiovascular health?]

No worries. Snacking burns calories, it takes energy to raise the food to your mouth. :)

Keeping the house running and keeping up with the kids is plenty of exercise:) I like your list!

I agree with Rebecca...you do PLENTY of running. You need these "activities" to stay sane.
Plus a well deserved break feels SO good!
