Is this freezer jam? I don't think you can use these covers to seal the jam. They are used in place of the canning covers once they are opened. Just checking. They look awesome and I'll bet taste just as awesome.
That's what I've spent the last two days doing. I think I'm finally done with strawberries. I was even able to have some jam for us after the teachers gifts were handed out.
